We will process your loan and monitor your file through underwriting. Processing and underwriting time frame depends on the complexity of your loan but normally takes 5-15 days.
An underwriter will verify the loan fits all guidelines within 5-20 days.
Last details are finalized. For example, your closing disclosure, title requirements, and hazard insurance (when applicable) and you then sign your loan documents. The closing and pre closing process is expected to be 5-7 days, depending on your loan program and loan type.
